Buenos Aires, December 25 (NA) — San Lorenzo officially launched the Transitional Board of Directors following an extraordinary assembly and meetings held at the headquarters on Avenida La Plata, where the positions that will lead the club until the anticipated elections scheduled for May 30, 2026, were defined. According to information from the Argentine News Agency (NA), one of the central axes of the first meeting was to restore the administrative operational capacity of the institution, especially the necessary signatures for daily functioning, following the resignations and leaves of absence that occurred during the previous management led by Marcelo Moretti. The new management board was formed with Sergio Costantino as president, accompanied by Valeria Carta Moglietta and Marcelo Vázquez in the vice presidencies. It was also resolved that Costantino and Vázquez will be the representatives of San Lorenzo before the Argentine Football Association (AFA). In parallel, the Transitional Board of Directors has begun to outline the first management steps, among them the strategy for the sale of memberships, the review of administrative and judicial powers, and the approach to urgent issues such as injunctions, the transfer market, and the planning of the pre-season.
